Locally it's hit or miss depending on your area.

Online, it's very easy to pick up a bunch if you're alerted through a system like Wii Alerts, although Amazon has restricted it to 3 per household.

I actually had no idea about Wii Alerts, thanks. I found another one but I think it charged for cell phone alerts. Of these I got two at Wal Mart at midnight tonight and the other two at Gamestop when they got their shipments Friday.
