Yosemite Wifi Connectivity

Which router? I used to occasionally have connectivity problems with various Apple hardware until I bought an AirPort Extreme.
 
well i have a tp link router. never had a problem connecting to it w/ 2 mbps that we have in the house. the issue only came up w/ this one after the yosemite update
