I liked the first Star Wars. After that, I couldn't get into them because the time line was jumping around. I need my sequels to be sequels, not prequels or whatever they were.
Can someone please post the movies in order of the characters time line?
I'd like to try to watch them in chronological order, not the order in which they were made.
Thanks.

Yes, you can. I'll crank up the home theater and open some beers.

it isn't all that complicated...

Obviously it is. I didn't see your stupid ass post it.

well, see, they're numbered, and they go in numerical order ;)

That would be obvious to some who watched them but as I said, I gave up on the franchise.

Thanks for the help, I do appreciate it.

Is there any point to watching the movies in numerical sequence?....If you have never seen any of the movies and then see I-II-III, you already know that

1. Luke and Leia are twins

2. Vader is their father

3. There is a sith lord above Vader

4. We know who/where Yoda is

All of this takes much of the fun away from the remaining movies, esp. TESB

Ideally, the movies should be watched in the sequence they were made.

the above assumes you have not heard/read the plots of any of the movies:D
