Looks edible. This could be a winner if BK sweated the flavor of the cheesy goop inside. I bet it's bland and mild though. Many will be turned off by the Cheetos association. Cheetos occupy the bottom of the food totem pole.

This looks like a case of two good things on their own that will not go well together.

Now, replace the mac and cheese with garlic mashed potatoes and flash fry those suckers so the cheeto skin is nice and crispy. (soft puffy cheetos might be win, too)
