Why are all the conservatives so bent out of shape? You had your chance. You could have gibbed Clinton, but noooooooooo, you let him slide. This pretty much gave the liberals the 'green' light to do as they please. Don't blame Gore for trying to "win" the election. Hillary's in, now all they need is Al to complete the plan. The Republican Party is just as much to blame for the fiasco in Florida as the Democrats. Had the Republicans grown some balls during the impeachment, this wouldn't be happening.

Crimony... He was impeached -
Slick Willie is just too slick. He's going to be the first "First Husband" when HRC becomes president. Isn't that ENOUGH???????? [chuckling]

Exactly! The opposing party had their chance. However, I believe the Republican argument at the time was that if Algore became president, he would have a better chance of winning the election.

Gore is suing to win the election. He cant accept the fact that he lost, so hes being a crybaby about it. Somehow his cronies are making votes for him appear out of thin air.

You're right, Feisters, We should take over the government. All we need is balls. We should do it because the other half of the country are scum and don't deserve to win. We should win because we are right. We are right. We have the truth on our side. Why should there even be any questions about it. Never question.

Oh, I'm not whining. I'm just saying that folks shouldn't be so surprised at what's happening. This is fully what I would have expected out of the liberals. To a tee. Liberals are the whiners. The cry-babies. The ones who litigate. And it's been the conservatives that have been spewing this banter about the liberals! Well where the hell was the so-called strength of the conservative party when this country really needed them?! C'mon fellow conservatives . . . let's hear your voice!

On one hand I am upset that Gore is being a sore loser. It's damaging the democratic party, I think. On the other hand, I am glad he is doing this. Because I don't think this country can afford to have another race between Bush and Gore. We just need better alternatives (not Hillary please). Let Bushlite have it. If Democrats scrape up someone descent in 2004, they have a very good chance against Bush. The way this economy is starting to head now, I would like to see what Bushlite intends to do about it except blame it on Clinton. It will be the economy, stupid, in 2004 again, I think. Here is a perfect opportunity for democrats to wash their hands of any economic downturn, with Republicans controlling both houses and the presidency. So I don't see why they are still going at it.

I believe that they lost there courage in the Senate. Of course the democrats were also trying desperatly to block the impeachment in the senate. I think they needed two thirds majority to impeach clinton which they didn't have. I can't really remember what happened in the senate it seems like 2 or 3 scandals ago.

Bush would have won this election cleanly if it wasn't for the DUI story coming out 4 days before the election.

Truthfully gore should have won this election in a landslide with the good economy and all!
