I have been to two Office Depot's (KC Area) this week and both had 50% off clearance items and 75% off other items. Here is a few items I picked up:

Leather Palm Case: Reg. $24.99 ---> 4.50
Trailblazer Backpacks --->$1.50
BattleZone II/Heavy Gear Two Pack ---> $1.44



They had alot of backpacks, Nike notebooks, Motorola cell phone accessories, etc....


Not an absolute steal, but overall, not too bad!!
 
yeah, the office depot i work at (athens, ga) are having the z45 printers on sale for 50 bucks -20mail in rebate so for 30 bucks.. and the printers are some of the best under 149.98 (the hp photojet is 149.99 🙂

but for 30 bucks! the black cartrige is 32 bucks and color is 37.. so buy 2 or 3 printers 😉

oh yeah... those deals shouldn't be nation wide, we do have a clearance place though for some office stuff and 1 z45se..
we are clearencing out laptops and 1 scanner
 
Tallahassee Apalachee Pkwy store has 50% off all Geoffrey Allen leather goods. Folios, wallets, passport cases, etc.

The cartridges that come with these printers are just starter cartridges that usually only last 200 pages or so right? So you're not really getting $50-60 of ink (which is way overpriced anyway) when you buy a new printer. on the more positive side, that's a great price on the palm case and the other stuff!
 
office depot is having a big sale the 2nd. same as last two times, only coupon is $15 off $75 🙁 and 10% off any bundled computer. some stores mark there additional clearance lower during these sales, ergo i mention it and hope the forum doesn't belch again...
 
The od near me must be the worst in the country for clearance item.

i.e. 50pk of floppies for $10.

is it the only one in the area? or one of the many? those factors play a part...
but if an manager is stingy with the markdowns, it only hurts the store in the long run

and i misspelled "their" i hate it when that happens 😱
 
Tallahassee Capital Circle store has 10pks Papermate pens 4154093134 for $.07 and Staedtler 3pks mechanical pencils plus 3 erasers 3190192937 for $.30.
