Wow, that's hot. As a comparison, I was on Monarch this morning and they give you a free Abit mobo (same one?) with purchase of a FX55 for $811. This combo gives you 1GB of memory & an Antec 550w PS on top of that for $849 AR.

Well the rebate is only $30 so if there's a printing error... you are out only 3% of your purchase price. But you're right, it's the principle of the thing 😎

Actually, the "printing errors" I refer to are when you go to Frys to purchase the advertised product, only to be informed that the printed ad was incorrect.

Of course they always have a similar product available.....but at a much higher price.

Commonly referrred to as the "Bait and Switch".

Just the same, if this was being advertised at my local Frys, I would have to check it out. 😉

I wouldn't be surprised if that Fry's eventually saw a class action lawsuit. What bull! You would think reputation and returning business were more important. I haven't heard anything like that about our Fry's, except often times they are conveniently out of stock of what you came for. Maybe the employees all use their discount on the good stuff and don't want you to know about it.
