yllus's random fact of the evening.

You know how when ducks and geese are migrating and flying in that "V" formation how one side is always longer than the other?
Do you know why that is?

Monarch butterflies are poisonous. Avoid eating.
Latex in milkweed will do that.

That is why the Viceroy butterfly is almost identical in appearance to the monarch butterfly. Mimicry saves lives.

Most likely reduces air resistance. Much like drafting, in any competitive racing.

I think i knew that at one time. (the butterfly thing)

for the geese thing.. the V is for resistance.. one side is longer then the other because some geese are slackers?

Addendum: But they sure are delicious.

I'll piss on your grave SacrosanctFiend! 😛

Coming from you, that's the same thing as someone pouring out a cold one in remembrance.

That's the idea, but I have to taste-test it first! 😀

Cheers SacrosanctFiend
