got it from tigerdirect. it's in the mail and should arrive sometime next week.

one question, though. i looked at the manufacturer's part number and compared it with

newegg's retail version manufacturer's part number. they are slightly different.

i'm aware that OEM's got only 1 yr warranty and don't come with fancy box nor HSF.

other than this, is there any difference in terms of circuits or quality control or performance between OEM and retail?
