Wow! Talk about an adrenaline charger.
That would not be allowed here...wonder if he had taken the rego number meantime which would have helped track owner (unless bike stolen) .

Fantastic riding by the officer, takes both skill and balls to keep up with a boundraryless idiot like that!

They must have covered 20 miles or more of city streets and I'm not sure I saw a single traffic light. Maybe a couple stop signs.

How the hell did he miss that bus?
Reminded me of Captain Risky going up that stair-well.

You sure that's not a clip from the next Bourne movie? Dang!

I did a tour of South America in the Sim and looked at each town in Google Street View. What a shit hole!

Also, needs a theme song.

What bike was the cop on? Had probably twice or more the power, but I doubt it was nearly as maneuverable. Both of the riders were pretty amazing, and the kid looked like he was about 18. Sneakers and shorts ... it would not have been pretty if he'd wrecked.

You'll never see that equaled in a Bond movie. Not without a generous helping of beneficial camera angles, expert editing and even some CGI. No stunt rider would cut tricks anywhere near as close as any of a couple dozen of those close calls.

I'm pretty sure that was an actual scene from the Bourne Identity spliced in.
Nah, take was too long and too steady. If the stair scene had been split into 35 different takes from different angles, with a 9.0-scale level of screen shaking, I'd believe it was from a Bourde movie.

I really liked the unsteady camera in the first one...then they switched to puke mode for 2 & 3. So awful haha.

I was waiting for a car door to fling open and take one of them out, ha.

Yes, most impressive. Not to mention professional too. That apprehension could have gone a lot rougher, given the aggravation and risk the cop dealt with. Kudos to that officer on all fronts.

This.

Stunt crew wants to go home at the end of the day like everyone else. And even with modern safety measures and a lot of planning, we still lose people. What the perp did there was nearly suicide by cop. The more I think about it the more it amazes me that the entire thing seemed to go down with no damages or injuries to anyone or anything.

How often does that happen, let alone with footage for us to enjoy? Good find OP.

Around the 50 second mark when he pulled up aside of the kid, all I could think of was a 'Road Rash' type finish. One swing of the billy club ... WHUMPPP ... and that would have ended that chase in a helluva hurry.

Looked like a dirt bike. Probably something like a KLR650. Could be a BMW F800 too. Sounded like a parallel twin. Definitely not a pig iron piece of shit American bike.
