This morning I got a call from the boss office saying that MS is on the line for me.
I was a little confused as I stop cleaning up the company website to take an MS survey. They were saying that we are their valuable customer and they would like to know what their services is like.

I answers over a dozen questions giving them everything is 9 on a scale of wost = 1 to best = 9 for their support except for 2 questions.

Questions that I couldn't answers:

MS - What would you rate MS software?
Me ? I take the fifth, because my answers may incriminated me.
MS ? Okay! I can understand that sir.

MS ? Would you purchase our software again base your experience on your satisfaction and services that you had with us?
Me ? I can't answers that because I don't get to make purchase decisions, and just to let you know that my workstation is a Linux box :D
MS - Thank you sir for giving us your valuable time and information....Bye!

MS sends me emails asking me to complete online surveys, but no phone calls (not like I ever answer my work phone anyway). I'm an MSDN Enterprise Subscriber.
