Actually the 1985 film was an original. The 1957 film was a horror movie while the 1985 was a teen comedy and shared no similar plot lines. The only comparison you can actually make between the two is the use of "teen" in the title.

I'd hate to be the Director, Producer or other crew member on that production team. Bale is nuts. He was arrested for pounding on his mother and sister in London ... and he laid into the Director of Photography on the set of Terminator Salvation.

I was just commenting on teen werewolf movies. I think between the '57 flick, Teen Wolf, Teen Wolf Too, and the Twilight non-sense we've had enough of teenage werewolf movies.

I refuse to go see another remake. Especially these remakes of GOOD movies! Well, Teen Wolf wasn't a "good" movie, but Alice in Wonderland and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory are two that come quickly to mind.

Uh, no he just yelled at his Mom and Sister after they asked for money and I believe criticized his wife (but yeah, they reported him to police for assault where it was later established he just yelled at them), and well yeah, his fit on the set of Terminator was pretty crazy prima donna crap.

Of course, I don't know why you people are even mentioning Bale since he doesn't have anything to do with any movie mentioned in this thread.
