Yet Another workout thread

right now i really don't mind any. but right now i would have to say abs due to me trying to bulk up right now. and since im trying to bulk up, i'm gaining weight everywhere, including my belly. so as i've been bulking up, its like my arms, chest, back, shoulders, and legs are all getting bigger. but then on my abs the definition is somewhat going away due to me gaining little fat there while bulking up. however my abs are getting alot stronger and I go up in exercise numbers or weight everytime I do my abs, so I know they are still strong. also i can feel my six pack under my little layer of fatty.

but once i am on my cut up cycle, which probably won't be until december or so, i am going to enjoy doing abs because i'll see my six pack come back in full effect 🙂.

I hate working out my biceps and abs.

I don't mind working out my traps, triceps, or chest at all though.

I'm pretty much the same way. Lats are not my favorite, either.

recently i have been loving out my back day. i have been hitting it very hard. i am going to break the 300lb mark this week when doing deadlifts. last time i did 5 sets of 5 reps of 295lbs. i have been going up 10lbs a week the past month and a half pretty much, and its been working. my back has gotten signicantly bigger. so after deadlifts, i am pumped to do the rest of my back, includin lats 🙂

As far as I know dead lifts are primarily for your quads...

strong quads definitely help, but i don't DL to work my quads.

there are 2 types, and neither are for quads. stiffleg ones are for your hamstrings. the other ones are for your back, where you don't keep your legs stiff.

neither are for quads though.

Abs are a pain in the ass. If you work at a job that requires a lot of manual labor or play sports weekly it will help. But concentrating just on the abs at the gym are a chore since there is nothing more painful than sore abs. Well, besides pulling a groin muscle.

Maybe we have a different definition of DL.... the one I know is: Here, true it works your back but it's primarily a leg excersise, similar to a squat (unless u do it with straight legs)

back muscles are hard for me, I tend to strain my back somehw or another. I need to lower the weight and get hte form down.

Ugh, legs by far. Abs I don't like that much but not nearly as much as I hate doing legs.

Same here. Legs are such large muscles that to effectively work them you have to REALLY put some effort into it... and that just beats the sh!t out of me.
