yet another what vid card thread (~$150)

I'm looking to spend no more than $150. So I was thinking of getting the OEM 9600XT at allstarshop.com. However, I heard that the retail 9600XT's came with coupons for HL2. Is this true? If so I think i'd be willing to pay another $15-20 or so for a coupon for HL2.... but that gets me into the $170 range.

And (maybe) a silly question... when they say "coupon for HL2" does that mean so HL2 is completely free?

Is the 9600XT (128 MB) still good in that range?
 
i'd rather have the retail box with completely free hl2. best buy has them for 200$ and a 50$ mir right now.
