Geez, that woman had no feeling for the kid at all, after he flies out like that, to just gesture and drive her vehicle away like that? Cold.

Curiosity got the best of me and I found the Porsche girl pics. I wasn't so much grossed out (even though the pics are bad) I just felt really sad for her. At least, she went instantly.

As dying goes, that's about as good as it gets. Sucks for the people who have to deal with the aftermath, though. Was it an accident?

She was incredibly wasted and rage-stole her dad's porsche after an argument at home and drove directly into a concrete toll barrier on the freeway at ~100mph+ or so.

Yeah, it was instant.

FWIW, her father went on a crusade to remove those pics as best he could. All sorts of PTSD just logging into the internet for a year after. The Transit authority yokel that released those pics was sued into poverty, afaik.

What I never got about the scene though, if I remember correctly, her arms and basically.. most of her other than her face/head seemed "okay". Not sure how she actually ended up that way. I assume she smashed into the A pillar/steering wheel?

I'm just curious because I've seen other pictures of like, the result of a Honda civic hitting another large vehicle, maybe both cars doing 40, and the civic & people inside are basically gone, and the result was muuuuuch worse than that girl.

Why are we describing such gruesome things? This is not the thread for describing gruesome things.

she was split in twain, which is pretty terrible if you ask me. Not sure how you gauge a scale of "bad" where on one end you have smashed to bits and on the other you have ripped apart from the center....both are more or less equally terrible, I'd say.

The difference is that she hit an unmovable pillar, which, absorbing none of the force of the impact, repelled it back into her and the car. I suppose it manifested as a result of the angle of impact as a quick burst that ripped the material apart at a specific seam--the car and the driver.

I skipped over this thread yesterday as I didn't even want to see the video. Today I clicked to see the comments and it seems that I shouldn't have even done that.

definitely not watching the video after these comments.

Because before I knew what this video really was, I thought that description was relevant. I realize it's not any more.

I am surprised youtube has not taken that video, seeing that child end up like that.

Good move! I always let the posters of OT vet what videos I'll watch. That's why I've only been Rick Rolled 48 times.
