just looking for some suggestions since I don't know where to begin... I want an ultra portable laptop (or perhaps a tablet even). specs don't matter (other than size/weight, of course) -- I just need something to use at work when I'm deep in the racks of my data center and wheeling around a 15" notebook on a cart is cumbersome.
cheaper = better. I really don't want to spend more than a grand.
we're doing a major audit of all 4000 of our servers and I need an easy way to write down mac addresses, serial #'s, verify misc information physically with what's already recorded in our database, etc.
some sort of tablet seems like it would fit my bill best at least from a physical usage standpoint, but how easy is it to type on those?
