It is hilarious that the OP still clings to him dying by choking, when it was proven he wasn't. Just like it is hilarious that the "victim" of this has his hands up in the "hands up don't shoot" pose, that has been proven to be false.

Cop shot dead yesterday at traffic stop? No post. White male killed in much the same way as Gray (hands behind the back and died)? No post.

Hands in the air, no weapons, no movement, nothing. Just a beating by the cops. Even after they started beating him, you can see him move his hand behind his back to be handcuffed, and yet they continue to beat him.

So please explain the legal justification for us since you claim such expert knowledge.
