Had a little "mishap" with one of our JBL cabs and lost a 2226H driver. :Q
That driver is quite old and has been through a lot but died today. Imagine a speaker getting struck by lightning and it may look (and sound!) like this one did. :Q
The BOOM! was quite loud and security was down here pronto - they said it sound like we got shot at. :shocked:

These drivers are conservatively rated at 600W continuous (IEC) pink noise 24/7 and can handle 3000W peaks in the box with ease.
