Yet another NEW: Resume question

Ok, so I have little work experience that pertains, but a lot of skills that I think would qualify me for a particular job. I've listed my education, work experience and volunteer work, should i summarize my skills towards the end of the resume, or just hope that I get an interview, and the chance to share them with the interviewer?
