I've got a few MS programs that I'd like to sell, but I don't know what, if anything, I can legally sell:
Retail stuff:
* Windows 95 upgrade
* Plus! for Win95
Some software I got with a HP desktop system I bought a few years back:
* Windows 98 SE "getting started" guide with COA
* Works 2000 CD
* Money 2000 Standard edition
* Encarta 2000
* A "Product Identification Card" with a Works 2000 COA on the back. Says it is "your assurance that that the Microsoft products you have recieved with your Hewlett Packard PC system are legally licensed from the Microsoft Corporation." Lists Money 2000, Works 2000 and Encarta 2000 on the front and contains what appears to be the license agreement.
Can I sell any of this? If so, are there any technicalities I need to address? For example, do I need to sell it with "hardware"? Can I give it away free with purchase of a paper clip or something like that?
