Actually, doing this for my wife/daughter cuz they bought stuff & can't download it.

2 songs show as purchased in the 'account info', but aren't there and can't be downloaded again. To top that off, they charged my daughter twice for the same song. (Hopefully that'll get credited back.)

Anywhoo............on top of all of that at the bottom of the 'downloads' window there shows '8 itunes downloads available', but clicking on those brings up a list of TV shows that we've tried to delete forever & ever. Every time you click that button, it starts trying to download those TV shows over again.

#1.) What's up w/ the puchased but can't download songs issue?

#2.) Why can't I make those TV shows just flush from the system??

(P.S. Yes, I hate iTunes with the fire of a thousand suns all in supernova at the same precise fraction of a second in time but my wife daughter will use only iTunes) :|

I would recommend getting in touch with Apple Support. They are able to help you out in the event of such things. I have had them reset my Authorization count in the past even though I had already done it once that year (you can only bulk de-authorize once a year). See if they can do anything for you.
