yet another "is this enough" power supply question

Alright, I'm considering planning for the future and maybe ensuring my video card purchase isn't spoiled by the power supply.

First off, I'm using a 350W sparkle supply (FSP350-60BTS).
currently system specs are as follows
ecs k7s5a+xp 1900+
4 hds
2 optical drives
floppy (I just KNOW thats using up tons of power 😀)
2 case fans
and 9700 pro

Eventually I'd like to upgrade the motherboard/cpu and reduce the number of hds to 3, but I still have to wonder if power was the root of my problem before (with a seemingly faulty 9500pro)

comments?
If I REALLY need to buy a new supply, I'm thinking of either another sparkle 550W, or an antec trupower 480 (both are around the $100 mark.) But if it is not necessary then I'd rather be a penny pincher and save. 😉

The question isnt whether is the power "enough" quantitatively, rather is the power supply "good enough" qualitatively.

This supply is still reccomended as a good "budget" supply, I'd still like to replace it again eventually, but $90 for a supply is currently steep.

i wish everyone would get a 400w Enermax/Antec and never ask again 🙁

Sparkle is a high quality PSU, i would think 350w is enough to push that system. Even with a 9500 Pro.

I got this supply maybe a year and a half ago before these higher end supplies and the trupower line came to become widely avaliable/affordable, I've used my share of generics in the past, but not so anymore.
