I am totally unimpressed by the LieKang link that states, "According to Novaya Gazeta, some 250 nuclear warheads never made it to Russia and are thought to have been sent to Iran instead. The report further noted that the warheads will remain operational until 2010.

So since its now 2012, those bombs have ceased to be operational for two years now.

But the Liukang chicken little still runs around saying the sky is falling, the sky is falling.

But still Iran remains committed to staying inside of IAEA guide lines, maybe Israel would be happier if Iran adopted the Israeli strategy of developing nukes on the sneak by dropping out of the nuclear non proliferation treaty Israel never signed.

And flash news update, IAEA poobahs now claims proof that Iran is committed to developing nuclear weapons with all the validity of former IAEA poobahs who claimed Saddam had WMD's.

These I have seen are capable of higher than peaceful (read: power generating) enrichment.

There are peaceful applications for even the most highly enriched nuclear materials, including nuclear power reactors. Germany had at least one that ran of highly enriched uranium which last I heard they were converting to run on medium grade entrenchment, which is also the most I've heard Iran is currently capable of. So, at what enrichment level do you do draw the line specifically, and on what grounds do you believe anyone has the right to keep others from crossing that line, particularly those who cross that line themselves?

Also, South Africa dismantled their nuclear bombs over two decades ago, and North Korea proven they have them by conducting testing.

And you come across as a monster of a human being and an asshole. The sort who does wrong wrapped in the flag of a military he shames. We see your type in every war.

Japanese war criminals, German war criminals, American war criminals, Soviet war criminals, Chinese war criminals, Cambodian war criminals, almost any war has its monsters.

And yes, middle eastern war criminals as well you fit in well with.

craig you know exactly jackshit about war, you've never seen combat and you've never even been in the military, your armchiar commentary is about as useful as a sweatstain on Rosie O'Donnell's ass crack.

As if there is anything useful about commentary from people like yourself who proudly declare that they've killed others "for shits and giggles".

Craig234 is a deflectionist. He has some pretty vulgar positions and is usually desperate to try to deflect criticism from them. However, I'm not sure if his position here is one of his more vulgar positions.

Well someone has to kill, for you and Craig to sit comfortably in your homes and scatter your intellectual trash that advocates the nuclear proliferation of Muslim mullahs. I'm just happy he found the joy in it, as for others it can lead to a life long trauma.

Can you imagine if an Iranian agent planted a car bomb on an Israeli nuclear scientist's car? Do you think the media would call it anything other than terrorism?

again, unless you've seen combat your opinion does not matter to me. I proudly killed taliban just like my grandfarther proudly killed nazis/nazi collaborators and like my forefarthers proudly killed anyone who dared oppose them. we humans have been killing our enemies since the dawn of time, it's our nature so don't you try and push your halfbaked morals on me.

And why is the above not happening? Here, let me help you with possible answers:

a. Because the Iranians love Jews
b. Because the Iranians are afraid of the consequences
c. Because the Iranians don't have the operational capability

It's like the bombing of the Syrian reactor. Syria would love bombing the Israeli one, but they can't. Doesn't make me feel sorry for them.

So if Iran gets the capability to kill Israeli scientists, it's fair game?

Yes, just like the Jewish cultural center in Argentina was fair game to the Iranians operatives in 1992.

Do you think an Iranian nuke would spare you because you rooted for them?

The part that you probably can't comprehend is that going to war doesn't make you any smarter or better - in fact probably the opposite. If you joined the army because you had no other good options, that's one thing. If you joined because you think shooting guns is cool, that just makes you a tool who is willing to kill for powerful men who couldn't care less if you died or not.

I can't believe people are ok with this.

The attackers are attempting to stop the development of nuclear weapons by the Islamic terrorist kingpin. Granted, Pakistan is bad enough, but Iran is far more active and involved with the Middle East. They are a threat that is being eliminated.

It's quite ironic that terrorism is being used against them.

I wouldn't bother with such paltry actions, if I had to make the decision for an act of war, I'd go all in and ensure nothing remained of their nuclear program. Moreso, I want NO United States involvement in acts of terrorism or war without a clear and direct declaration by Congress. As we have no such act by Congress, I'd be my demand that the United States not involve itself in these attacks.

If we are responsible in any way, I'd want the President impeached. Doesn't seem likely that we are though, more likely an Israeli mission. So that begs the question, do we sit on the sidelines? I suppose the answer is yes. Let Israel and Iran deal with each other for now.

For as long as he's the one protecting you with his life and not the other way around, he IS the better man. Whatever you think of the cause or the politics around the war, for as long as someone puts his life on the line, the least you could do is to show your appreciation.

it wasn't as much joy as it was a thrill, the unspeakable hatred you develop for the guy shooting at you and the endless gratification when you are victorious.

There will be zero support for a military campaign right now, unless Iran does something really stupid. This is what Facebook era politics have brought us to - countries going about their conflicts completely outside of the public eye.

These assassinations are just the tip of the iceberg, there was stuff on a much larger scale over the last two years.

So you are OK with what happened to the Jewish cultural center in Argentina?

He's not protecting me from anything. That's a rational drill instructors use to give the young and impressionable a way to overcome their doubts. Too bad it doesn't work all the time, though.

What do you mean by "OK"? While I would not do it myself, I understand that this is the way Muslims go about their business and that they think that killing Jews is moral and justified, and therefore I am about as "OK" with this as I am with sharks eating people - because this is the way nature is.

Good thing so many young and impressionable gave their lives in WWII to protect thinkers like you, then.

Wow, that's truly a barabaric sentiment. That's just really depressing we haven't evolved beyond cavemen.

Nothing pisses you off like being shot at. It makes you want to chase the enemy to the ends of the earth so you can put a bullet in them.

I'm glad you're so high minded and intellectual, I hear the Taliban really appreciate that sort of thing. You should head on over to Afghanistan and talk them into submission.
