Medium, although I did drop it to easy for one part. I won't give anything away, but it involves turrets. You'll know what I mean. I found it the hardest part of the game so far.

I'm about 10-12 hours in altogether, really enjoying the game.

I hate auto-aim, but I didn't want it to be too hard

Medium for me, although after playing CS:Source for so long, I find that it's kinda a turkey shoot at times.

Hard. I like the first playthrough of anything, especially something this good, to be long, and hard does that by forcing me to think before I act, and weakening my weapons resulting in longer battles. It makes me put myself more in Gordon's boots.

Exactly, if you haven't killed your enemy with the first shots aiming for the head you quickly run for cover, expecting to get a head shot in return

medium was way too easy so i put it on hard
