I ordered a car part off EBAY (coolant reservoir). I installed it on Sunday and I found out there was a crack on the top of it. I sent the company an email on Sunday and again today. I have not heard anything back from them. They have 100% feedback and have sold thousands of items.
What should I do? I kindly requested that they send me another one (they have 10 in stock). These things are old and are plastic. It probably cracked because of age. I just want a working part so I can drive my car. The crack is not visible at first. I noticed the crack when I topped it off with coolant. You could see it coming out of the crack which made it noticeable.
I paid with paypal and american express.
Who should I contact about getting a refund and when? Should I wait another day?
My car is just sitting there. If I don't hear from them I have to order from someone else.
