Yet Another Ebay//Paypal Thread...

So I put my personal account paypal address on my ebay auction (im the seller). The seller sent me payment... buyer is Unverified, but with a confirmed address.
Paypal says its an instant payment, but its asking me to accept with a charge fee. When I try to accept, it tells me to sign up for the Premeir account.

So is the payment through CC or debit card??

Also, for some reason, I cant Deny the payment.

WTF?

I would like to ask the seller to send the payment to my premier account. but I cant deny it...weird.

It's a CC payment.

They do allow CC payments against a personal account, it's at a higher 4.9% fee than the regular 2.9% fee.

So either this will put you over your monthly receiving limit, $500, or over the yearly CC transaction limit, 5, or something else is at play.

Yeah...weird. It doesnt put me over 500.

I wonder if it has to do with it being linked to the ebay auction, and not letting me deny it. I have asked the buyer to re-do the payment to my premier paypal account. lets see if that works, maybe he can cancel it.
