Yet Another Dual-Channel Q!

I have a DFI 915P dual channel board. Is it possible to run dual-channel if I pop in one 1GB Samsung RAM with one 256mb Hynix RAM?

Currently, I am running dual channel with the 2 256mb Hynix RAM...but am just wondering if the above config. is ok for dual-channel.
