yet another donated blood for the first time thread

I hate needles and I used to say that i would never give blood. But last year I received blood, and if people hadn't donated i wouldn't be alive now.

I guess i was squeezing the ball too hard and fast and I was about 5 seconds away from passing out when they made me lay down. Then, when I stood up i was literally staggering around the room. Overall, it wasn't too bad and i'll definately donate again.

i'd love to, but drinking was what made me need the blood i got last year.
