Yet another cry for advice!

Hi all, and sorry for yet another post on this rather hackneyed topic, but I couldn't find exactly what I was asking in any other thread

I play quite a few games, but do a lot of Dreamweaver, Photoshop, C++, etc. What I'm wondering is whether I should take the plunge and upgrade my Win98SE to WinXP or if I should set up a duel boot.

I know nothing about duel booting, and its pros or cons - is it a good idea, or does it just make everything unstable?

Is 2k better than XP for gaming/stability?

I have two partions, not two harddrives - is that a problem for duel booting?

Are there any problems with home networking (currently using for-dummies windows networking with a 10/100 swtich and cable modem)?

Thanks a lot all!

XP does a lot of things well. I have friends who game on it, though driver support may be kind of weak, except for maybe Nvidia, which has excellent drivers. I don't think you will have a problem using it as your primary OS.
