just wanted to bring the PremierPass to everyone's attention... it's part of Citi's ThankYou Netowork thing, 1 point per dollar, but the cool thing is that you get 1 point per 3 miles when you use it to buy an airline ticket for yourself or a friend, any airline. the basic card has no fee, which i think is pretty rare for air travel related cards. there is an "elite" premierpass that has 1 point per mile, but you have to pay a fee for that.
anyways, just thought i'd share... i've been pretty happy with the thankyou program, it's not hard to find gift certificates for places that i frequent... btw 1 point = 1 cent basically... so it's like 1% back, except you have to use gift cards.
oh yea, and i signed up through a mailing i got, where you get 10,000 points just to start off... so that's $100 right there.
