dram:G.Skill CL5 4gb ddr2 800mhz since i wanna get 1:1 ratio

MB:Gigabyte p35-dq6 love the back plate cooling..might allow for my OC to run cooler
Monitor: Dell 2407
Case:antec p180 (not sure cpu cooling would fit..if not then 900)
GPU: evga 8800 gtx

replacing all case fans with scythe s-flex F
adding dominator fans to ram
looking for a very decent 7.1 sound system
