Yet another bluetooth headset thread

I'm looking for a Bluetooth headset to pair with a KRZR. This would mostly be for handsfree use when driving, and so I don't have to mess with a wired headset. I wouldn't be using it that often, but it would be nice to have.

I've never had a BT headset before, and just picked up a Motorola H300 from Best Buy with some gift cards. It works fine for me, and I like that it runs on an AAA battery. The call quality sounds fine to me. However, people I have called say that it sounds like I've put them on speakerphone, and that it echoes a little bit. One person said it was noisy (on highway driving, more road noise) and it got better when I got off the highway and onto a normal road, but it was still noticeable. I used it at home while making dinner with another person, and they said it sounded like they were on speakerphone, and noticed me banging around in the kitchen.

Sooooo, granted I did get one of the cheaper ones available, but is this something that's normal for bluetooth headsets, or just because of the model I got? Should I be looking for noise cancelling ones or something that's good against wind? Any other suggestions? Thanks!
