Yet Another AT&T Wireless Rant...

So it wasn't enough to keep me on hold 45 minutes every time I needed to talk with a CSR, the multiple billing errors, cancelling my service (2X for no reason)...

I gave up & switched to T-Mobile, who actually answers the customer service line & doesn't screw up my bill.

I get my final bill todayfrom AT&T & got charged for an early termination fee, an extra $175. 47 minutes later they admit that there was yet another billing error, it's now fixed, but they can't tell me what the final bill is till Monday.

That's about how Cingular was for me. Verizon has been much better.

I hear about folks that are very happy with AT&T wireless, I guess I'm just not one of them:|

 
I have AT&T and have been very happy with the service since they switched to GSM. Before GSM it was hit and miss with the signal. I used to have to wait on hold for hours also. Then my wife got a job with the Post Office, AT&T converted our account to a corporate/business acct. and we got a special number to call for business customer service. No more waiting 😀😀😀 I must say that we have had AT&T for about 5 years now.....the first three years (non-business acct) were difficult, but OK. The last 2 years (business) have been great. We get a 20% discount on our monthly bill, and FIFTY % off ALL phones and accessories 😀🙂
