Yet Another Advice Request :)

Hi all, I've just recieved the "go ahead" from my parents to upgrade the family computer- As this Comp. is used mainly for web browsing and gaming (If myself or my brother are around 😛), and my family is Not tech savy whatsoever (with one obvious exception 😉) I'd like suggestions for a high quality video card between $100 and $150 that wont require me to drive home every day just to fix/ fiddle with something. Then again, if it's a good enough deal, I just might not mind 😀
Thanks all.

Hey,
The PNY geforce 3 Ti200 is $159 @ newegg, and should fulfill all your needs gaming, typing, and surfing
needs. it also has lifetime replacement warranty!

Would it be a bad idea to go with the GF2 Ti? it's $53 cheaper, and cost is an issue my parents will gripe alot about unfortunately. They just don't know what they're missing 😛

thw 2 ti is worth what it sells for, if price is an issue i supose it will do and would be the best choice for the price.

Don't do it Big Chief! The GF2 Ti image quality isn't what I'd call great. I've had several GF2s, a couple of Radeons, I'd go Radeon 7500 for the same price if I had this choice to make. Search for it on Pricewatch.com.

Im very happy with my Leadtek GF2 PRO/GTS. I just built a computer for a co-worker and put in a Leadtek GF2 Ti. The Ti is a good card, it out performs my PRO/GTS. If the parental units are gonna gripe about the $$$$ then the GF2 Ti would probably be a good way to go. I have heard some people say there are driver issues with the Radeon cards, I have never used one so I do not have any experience in this area. I have been very happy with my GF2.

Thanks guys, but I'm still wondering- In your opinions, is the G3 ti200 worth the extra 50 bucks?
Edit:
Well, I just bought the PNY Geforce3 TI200 at newegg, thanks for your help guys!
