Bought a 700 MHz socket A thunderbird at a computer show (It's a dresden CPU, being a nice shade of violet, I found it hidden among its 1000 mhz siblings).
Running at 1030 MHz now at 2.1 volts
I can't believe how dirt cheap these CPUs are. I've been able to buy them regularly at ~ $100 without breaking the bank.
