I dropped it the first time I took it because the instructor was an ass, took it with another instructor, worked hard for it and scored an A. No one cares but hey!

Yay me! :D:beer:

:cookie: and  are welcome :D

got a D from the first professor.

a quote "if you can't understand what the book says, how am I to help you?"

his motto 'let's read'

freaking loser. I got A's and B's only in Comparitive Anatomy, Organic Chem, etc rest of my core classes and beyond and a D just in discrete math

I was just looking for a degree so retaking would be a waste...if I ever go to grad school I will have too.

I'm awaiting my grade as of right now in Discrete Math too. If I don't get an A I'm going to raise hell.

I would have said, don't you think you should bring this stuff up in the teacher meetings I pay for?

college should be a steady work ethic...not ups and downs.

some classes are harder than others, but you can't say 3x to 10x  !

Yes, I asked him for help during his office hours and that's when he told me that. I needed the help and I think he just didn't get it or thought I wasn't trying when in reality it just doesn't come to me without lots of effort. I dropped the course so I got my money back.
