Happy Camper would like some input on temps. Running Prime95 Torture Test even as I am typing. Using MBM I am showing temps on Sensor 1 of Lowest 20C, Highest 20C and Average of 20C which is about the same a the room temp of 68F right now. Sensor 2 (internal diode) shows Lowest 31C, Highest 56C and Average of 42C.
My question is: Why while running Torture Test will the current reading as I watch it take a reading every 10sec show changes from like 40C on one read then the next maybe 54C. Seems it should be more constant when under this kind of consistent load. It does not do this on every 10sec read just occasionally. Most reads are in between the 40-45 range.
This is P3-700 cBO on a P3V4X Bios 1005 memory setting 1/1 Crucial (2X128) at 2/2/2/5 and 1.90v I/O has not been changed from the +3.5v that is default on this board.
