If you've bought a gun legally in the recent past (1998?), there could be a corresponding log in the NICS. Or, have you ordered ammunition at some point? Probably worth checking up if you've got firearms. Have your ISP and Google and Meta provide logs for anyone that's made searches that indicate an interest in firearms.

Check the logs from ammunition sellers to see what addresses have had ammunition delivered. Obtain camera footage from gun stores, run it through AI.
Don't go thinking I'm saying it's "impossible" to have firearms and not have the government know about it, but should they choose to pursue this avenue, they have a lot of options on tap depending on how hard they're trying.

LOL! most neighbors don't have a clue who owns a gun in their neighborhood. You are reaching if you think people are going to start calling and reporting people they "think" has a gun as the country is burning down around them.

That is why you don't give them reason to try hard....
I agree there is only so much you can do.

LOL, "give them a reason". You're not paying attention, buddy. We're literally having a discussion about them coming after guns, this would obviously be predicated on them having created a reason.

I know my history better than you do. See the first post in the thread.

Edit: to clarify, I'm not saying they WILL come for my guns, or anyone's guns... but there's a non-zero chance.

Because insurrection was highly unpopular.
And very popular in other circles.

There was one where a kid turned in his dad, because he was a complete asshole (the dad) and was abusive, and all around despicable life form.

The issue? They will use the 3D printed guns instead. That would provoke that the guns becomes even more an issue than now.

Educate yourself, or forever remain a waste of oxygen revered for your willful ignorance

Attorney General Pam Bondi’s confirmation hearings raised serious concerns about her record on gun control, and now, just weeks into her tenure, she is already signaling potential trouble for Second Amendment supporters. While Republican majorities in Washington, D.C., present a rare opportunity to dismantle unconstitutional gun laws and agencies, Bondi’s latest comments suggest she may stand in the way of these critical efforts.

I'm thinking every MAGAt is a potential squealer, just like the loyal NAZIs were when Hitler was the supposed answer to all of their problems, just like Trump is for his minions in the here and now.

They'll turn on their neighbors for the recognition and pride of being the good patriotic MAGAts that Trump will praise them for. Seig Heil! Heil, mein Führer! Heil, Herr Musch!

This 100%. With a slight modification, the "run it through AI" part is not something someone instigates, it's run automatically, on historical data as well. It is the absolute worst time in history to be a criminal cause of all cases and leads that are getting tossed because of manpower? Yea. Enter AI. Every single god damn thread is going to get yanked.
And that spells real fucking trouble for the resistance if you were thinking about revolting against that Putin-like overlord that is running the slave ship.

Its a pet peeve of mine, it annoys me to hell that people cant see this coming.
