YES! Jackie Chan's new movies looks SWEET!

Whoa! I saw an ad for it last night while watching wrestling and holy crap! It looks like it is going to be go awesome! But with a name like Legend of the Drunken Master (maybe a different wording, but thats pretty much it), how can it NOT be good?

The whole preview shows him kicking ass like only he could. I think he going to give us what we really want - non-stop ass kicking with various furnature

That movie is actually 6 years old. Filmed in asia, finally getting released here. It was originally called Drunken Master II, Drunken Fist II, something like that. Pretty decent action sequences...the end is really impressive.

I did notice that, I think that was the first thing the moniter said, then karate , then jujitsu..Im not sure but i DO remember seeing drunken boxing..lol i dont think he used any drunken boxing moves on the agent..

LOL if you thought Keanu looked dumb doing regular Karate moves imagine what he would look like just doing a standard drunken boxing stance, much less anything Jackie Chan does in Drunken Master 2. I would be laughing my ass off!!!!

I saw this movie about 3 years ago. It's really one of my favorite Chan movies ever.

It was "Drunken Master"
This movie is quite old. Jackie's character gets in trouble for beating up some bullies and the bullies father wants Jackie's father to punish him. This punishment comes in the form of his uncle, Sam Seed, who is well known to brutalize and break his student's will through ungodly rigorous training. Jackie obviously hates the training and runs away. After he gets his ass handed to him in another fight, he asks for forgiveness and submits to his uncle/teacher. Little did Jackie know that the unorthodox & painfull training taught Jackie the most powerful kung-fu, The Eight Drunken Arts.

I hope I did not reveal too much. But the movie is certainly worth it. However thre are some cultural clashes in the movie to which my American mind just did not understand.
