haven't posted in a very long time but i've had my hands full with a lot of things. i just wanted to know how many people waited in line for the 360's and got one/didn't get one? if you didn't get one, what's the most you're willing to pay for one since the 360's aren't coming in anytime soon? i'm actually making a poll for that question. i'm interested to see what people are willing to pay for it.
 
haha i guess only one person took the poll seriously and said they'd pay 500...2 others said they'd pay 1000...riiiiiiiight :roll:

from the posts i've seen, a lot of people have been crapping sellers for their absurd prices on these forums. hard to believe that people are willing to buy one for 1000 and not just buy it on ebay...or maybe they did already...but if those were honest answers then that's cool

yea, retail on those suckers are 399, but i've seen people pay up to 1500 on ebay just for the premium packages. when there's a shortage with something like a next-gen system, i think whatever represents "retail" doesn't matter anymore
 
I think that they should stick with the 200 pricing. This 1,000 bucks for a console crap is getting outta hand.

the majority are voting that they'd pay 1000 for the 360 premiums though. it is absurd but if you want it that bad, what can you do except pay an outrageous price?

nope...absolutely not. but i'm not going to doubt that maybe one or two of them are serious

2. Hell no! I would never wait in line for a console game or any game for that matter. I am not 15 anymore. The only line I will wait in now is at the nudie bar! lol

3. When the coleco vision came out I was happy. Nintendo, Neo Geo, Sega...great, hell even those tiny pac-man arcade looking games back in 1980-82. Those were my console days, back before many of you were born, or still sucking from mommy's nips. Granted I still play the random game, however only on PC.

Edit: And anyone remember "Empire Strikes Back" for the coleco? Posting this made me remember how great that game was...oh the memories!
