Yeong Yang 5402 Case

I just built my new computer in this case seen here and just wanted to let you know that it is a quality case. The stock 120mm fan holes front and back are great, then only gripes i have are the U-cover instead of sliding sides and the extra hidden zip, for I don't use a zip. I woulda prefered the 5403, same without the zip hole, but couldn't find it anywhere. Anyway I just wanted give my case a little press time hehe. Great case, good price. Now I just need good 120 fans...I kinda have 2 80mm's "engineered" in it...anyone wanna sell me some? lol. k i'll shut up now

Is it good to mod? Is what I really want to know. Also doesnt this company make those goofy "bean" cases?

they might make goofy beans...but i didn't buy one now did i lol. as for modding, it's sturdy as hell, the fan holes are great...nice big perforations, not those little small ones... blowholes might be difficult b/c it's got a u-cover instead of sliding sides. you could probably do a top blowhole not too hard...just really long wires. in the rear there's what looks like a good place for maybe a couple 60mm fans right above the cards...did i mention the 120mm in the front, and the 120 in the back right by the processor? hehe ok i'm gonna shut up again

Bob,

Where'd you get you YY? I've been looking for one for a while, but haven't been able to locate too many online.

Thx.

i got mine by doing a search for the model i wanted on pricegrabber. about 3 places came up and i used i think ems computers or something like that, i'm on a diff comp from my email or i'd check the confirmation email.

i also bought one at ems... there really is no need to mod this thing. the u-shape cover is kinda annoying, but I can open the case in less than a minute, still.

I don't know about reputation, but i'd have to say that the yy-5402 and 5403 are cases that they can be proud of. High quality, and cool as anything, thanks to their dual 120mm fans. I'll speak for my YY case any day.
