I feel no sorrow for the terrorists, but I do have compassion for the common people who's only crime is living in that place. They said the outbreak numbers are around 200,000 people. Part of this problem is caused by sanctions on food. It is a given that with war and starvation comes the threat of disease being spread. During the civil war times we saw diseases like Measles and chicken pox being spread through the prisoner of war camps.
