Yellow pee

I notice that after taking strong multivitamin packs, my next pee is really bright yellow.
I assume some of them vites are coming outta the pee but anyone know exactly what?..
and why...and if its good for you?😕

It's B-vitamins, it's not harmful, but you are pissing your $ down the toilet.

Try taking the vitamin with food. If that doesen't help.. you're just eating a vitamin with way more B's than you need.. lol.

That would be what my health instructor in high school called "expensive pee." Just excess flushing out (I *think* it's C.) I don't think it's harmful.

i'm pretty sure its not harmful coz i pratically everyone i know experience that and the thing is
even if you DO need all the vites, u can't possibly absorb all of them at one sitting...almost
all of these are non-timereelase as well. i think maybe 1 out of 20 manufacturers sell a time-rel
version.

yeah i do take them with meals...usually after lunch.

It's definitely vitamin B. If you don't use all of what you take, the excess comes out in your urine and it happens to be that color. It's nothing bad, but like Eli said, you're just pissing out your money.

AKA "Expensive Pee".

Specifically it is the riboflavin (B-2) that is causing yer piss to be bright yellow. Not harmful, just shows that your body can only absorb so much vitamin, even with food.
