yellow exclamation point with my D-Link DFE-530TX PCI network card...

...i haven't yet hooked the card up to my networking kit yet, is this why i've got the exclamation point? or is it conflicting elsewhere? i've got the network card in PCI6 on my CUSL2 M/B. all my other PCI slots are taken up except for PCI1. does the card require an IRQ? in the resources tab it only has memory range, no IRQ, also it doesn't have any conflicts.

1 other thing, with the drivers i'm using for the card, with the WINDOWS ME drivers i'm using which one's should i use rev.A / rev.B? what's the difference between the 2?

That means your network card is not working under WinME... this may be due to hardware conflicts (which you said already windows did not report any) or drivers not working correctly... try going to DLink's website and check if they have updated drivers for winME, and if so use those instead...
