I bought the 19" deal-of-the day at buy.com last thursday for $190 with free S&H. I got it last night and when I visited the KDS website for drivers discovered another $30 rebate for VS-190's bought between 9-1-00 and 11-30-00... that makes it my $160 deal-of-the-year!

You might notice that the rebate is only good for purchases from three specific stores... not including buy.com

I'm not a lawyer, but it appears to me that the rebate form describes two distinctly different conditions... A rebate of $50 on a purchase of a KDS VS190 monitor AND any computer from microstores...and a rebate of $30 on a purchase of a KDS VS190 monitor without reference to the seller.

Several boards report that someone called KDS and had this verified.

While I am completely in the "I'll believe it when I see it" camp, I have sent in my rebate request.
