Yeast smells delicious

Doing a little baking in preparation for tomorrow and noticed yeast smells really good.

Yea, I like the way bread/yeast/beer <.< smell. Used to work in a bakery, and sometimes when work gets tiresome, I half think about doing it again. I'd rather bake as a secondary pursuit related to something else rather than doing it exclusively full time. Maybe do the baking for a country inn, where you aren't cranking out massive quantities of stuff for hours on end.
