He looks totally out of place 😕 Looks like an American kid at first, probably just cause of the angle and his age.
 
Photochop!!! That's the kid from the ninja movie, what's that called? Three ninjas, maybe, the fat kid who always ate twinkies and stuff.
 
I don't think this is photoshoped as it's a news photo. They fire their staff for photoshoping things. Don't believe me, check the news. Someone got fired just in the last day or two for doing just exactly that. He was making a composit image because in his words "it looked better." That's the same reason Arnette got fired (besides the fact that he's a total ***hole.) just recently. He became the story, rather than reporting it. So I do believe this is real.

Like Raiden said, it's definately not photochopped, the kit just looks more American because of his age, the angle we're looking at, his haircut, and his facial expression.

Ok here is a kid from the area that those grown men are from: Kid It is clear the kid is of Euro/American decent. Also there is an arm grabbing his arm that is also WHITE - that arm isn't connected to anything. The person it could be connected has his shoulder in the wrong position. The person could not be squatting because no one has 5-foot long arms!! The arm is coming out of another mans head!
 
Looks photoshopped to me. Have you ever seen a kid of indian descent with natural blond hair? And if that kid could afford hair dye, he wouldn't be fighting over that box of whatever it is.
