DEAR
FRIENDS,
We are small new firm engaged in export of goods to overseas
outside my country. We have won various small exports contract at one
time or the other, recently we were (engaged) contracted to supply
financial programs for market analyzing, management project software,
FOREX in Germany, Australia, and USA which was successfully done.
However, in as much as we able to successfully carry out these supplies, we experience difficulty remitting our proceeds from the sale of these products home.
This is due to the fact that the fiscal policy in my country is very
stringent and not favorable.
Small firms like ours are not allowed before six months of operation, to open and operate a domiciliary account in foreign currencies abroad through which we would have been able to remit our proceeds home.
To this end we seek a foreign company or individuals who we can nominate as our partners to receive our payments in their business/individual accounts on our behalf and in turn send the money directly to us.
Thus we are willing to pay the individual or company 8% of the total sum for their assistance. This 8% will not be a loss to us instead we hope to incorporate these costs in our future charges to our prospective customers overseas. Currently we are not able to bring back home our funds totaling USD $171,000.00
in DE, AU and USA from export we just made.
We therefore solicit your assistance to help remit this money ,To facilitate this transaction if you deem you would be able to undertake this task for the company,I
would want you to submit to us via mail to withheld@withheld.com the following information which includes
1 Your Full Name as it would appear on your resume
2 Your Qualification
3 Your Contact Address
4 Telepone number/Fax
5 Your present Occupation and Position presently held
We are also hoping to build a long time business relationship with you should you be
interested. Once we have built our trust on you, we will continue to straighten the Business Relationship. We hope you can be of assistance to our company.
We are very much aware of various scams going on all over, and as such we are assuring you that at no time you will be required to pay or transfer funds that you have not received from our customers to us.
We are sincerely a legitimate entrepreneur seeking for a trustworthy foreign partner.
To which I replied:

I've got a reply:
Hello,
We thank you for your response. Please read below for further details.
We are company named UAPAY. We are located in Ukraine. We are a
company working in the field of developing software, mostly
in financial and industrial fields. Our business is to create and sell
programs and Internet projects to large companies and individuals as
well. We strive to make our customer satisfied and happy with his
purchase. UAPAY is interested in new ideas, business partners,
modern business solutions and always does its best to optimize the
whole business process. Our agents seek for new opportunities and
start great contracts with our customers. We have achieved some trust
and satisfaction of our clients within Ukraine and have been
recognized as a serious and strong-knowledge group abroad. So now we
start our business internationally.
Our usual payment tool in Ukraine is cash and domestic wire transfers.
Due to current expansion we will start accepting new forms of payment:
Cashier's checks, Money Orders. It is possible that in the near future
we will link our website to the payment processor to accept credit
cards directly. Also we plan to use Western Union and international
wire transfers. Unfortunately we do not have an opportunity of opening
corporate business bank account in your country so we need your assistance
in accepting payments for our products and transferring money from your
country to Ukraine.
You will accept funds coming as a payment for our goods as:
- payment to your bank accounts
- cashier's check/money order
- to your credit/debit card
- PayPal (if you have, of course)
After the funds are accepted and cleared you will then forward it to
our payment credentials minus the appropriate fees. You get your 8%
BEFORE you forward any money and AFTER it's in your hand (after all
withdrawing charges). It means if you withdrew $1000 and have it in
cash you get $80 and send us $920 minus forwarding fees. You don't
have to handle any shipping or market advertising. We understand that
it takes certain time to cash the check and withdraw funds from a bank
account. UAPAY authorizes you to pay the fees at our expense
(bank-to-bank transfer fees, western union fees, wire fees etc).
If you still interested we can send you our CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT.
Our contact information.

I don't have any PayPal or anything, so what should I say?
Response sent:
Dear Viktor,
I am sorry to inform you that giving out company's banking information is against strict policies until the bussiness relationship has proven to be trustworthy. It is, however, highly likely that you will be proven trustworthy when you have contacted our manager, Mr. Withheld. When you are deemed trustworthy, we can discuss your contract.
Hoping that your bussiness goes well,
Vegitto R. Ronalds.
P.S. You can contact our manager at withheld@withheld.com.
I've got a reply:
Hello, please check our dealog with Vegitto and what you think?
Regards,
Viktor
To which I replied:
Dear Viktor,
It seems to me that you have picked up on the phenomena
'guerilla-marketing', and I must say that I quite like your tactics. I will
give three (3) of my employees a green light to work with you, if you are
able to provide me with at least 2 (successfull) RSCA bussiness reports.
I thank you kindly for your time.
Yours faithfully,
J. B. Withheld
CEO of EMHA bv
This oughta be fun, I just made this RSCA stuff up
I've got a reply:
Please, explane.
To which I replied:
Dear Viktor,
RSCA reports are, as I'm sure you know, bussiness reports to prove that your company is doing well. They usually provide 3 or more positive comments from costumers, and they also include a profit report of the previous fiscal year. Large companies also add profit expectation reports for the following year, so that investors know what they're looking at.
I am looking forward to your reports, as my staff is really excited to work with you.
Yours faithfully,
J.B. Withheld
CEO of EMHA bv
Yay, a new reply!
Dear Withheld,
I understand. In the next week I think with your help we can have 10,000.00
Euro, but I cannot provide you with work constantly in current of year.ds
Regards,
Viktor
To which I replied:
Dear Viktor,
I understand completely. Our company has been having some trouble staying
afloat, too, so I understand you will not be able to provide me with the
reports.
However, I do hope you are able to provide positive costumer feedback, as
this would greatly improve my bosses' confidence in your bussiness.
Hoping to hear from you soon,
J.B. Withheld
CEO of EMHA bv
He says:
Dear Withheld,
"to provide positive costumer feedback" - I can't send you info about our
costumers - is that confidencial info.
Regards,
Viktor
And I said:
Dear Viktor,
I'm sorry, there must be a misunderstanding. I was not asking for costumer
info, such as their name, address or date of birth, I was merely asking for
experiences costumers shared with you.
Hoping to hear from you soon,
J.B. Withheld
CEO of EMHA bv
