I just checked my mailbox a few mins ago and discovered my ISP (Rogers) sent me what appeared to be my monthly bill.

For those that don't know, my cable internet access was hijacked on 2 seperate occasions within 2 weeks. I was without internet and TV for a combined total of 9 days and not to mention 3 seperate techs had to come out to figure out what was wrong.

So when I opened my bill I was shocked to see a 2 month credit posted to my account.:Q

I have free TV and internet for 2 months now.

:D and a :cookie: for me!

The best I can get would be 5 Mb down and 900kb up at the same price, but I have to buy the modem.

mine is cheap in US$.

I never paid a deposit (I don't think...)

and that transfer is FOR SURE wrong. I called and the cust service rep was like, I dunno; even if it's wrong there's nothing we can do after it's credited

Seriously, how did they hijack your TV?

Did they actually unplug your cable and connect to their house at the box?
If so, wouldn't think it'd be that tough for techs to debug...

Do you live in a house or complex?

Man, that's good!
When my ISP(Telus) was down for 7 days(not just me. the whole area was down...and this ISP, I believe, is the largest ADSL provider in B.C, Canada), all I got was a lousy 'I'm so sorry' letter.
