When I was driving to the house today, I saw houses and houses with lights on....oh man, I got excited.
As I got closer and closer, still houses with lights on.....excited was an understatement.
Then as I turn into my division, all black....still no electricity.

Excitement turned into anger as I wonder why the fsck do people people have power and I still don't.
Fuming, I turned my car around and head back to my parents house for another wonderful day with them.

I swear I will have a big party when I get power back.
Yeah, you'll get another rant from me if I still don't have electricity tommorow.

Sigh...life is so unfair...

Wow, thank you for answering all the question for me :)
56K suck balls too. I haven't had to use 56K in about 5 yrs.
You know I had to sign up for MSN so I can get the 3 months free before I cancel on their ass.
I almost sign up for AOL.....gulp.....almost until I remembered this board won't let AOL through.

No, I asked some neighbors as I turned around.

Read this ARTICLE.
Some people are literally letting neighbors across the street use their electricity using cords.

I swear I was so jealous driving back out seeing lights in some of those houses.

Try to be grateful that you still have a house, even if it doesn't have electricity. ;)
